Hi there, I just wanted to express and thank you to Lux Limo and Al our driver last night. He was so personable and friendly with our party of 6. I was thrilled that the experience was so very professional and respectful.. I will absolutely be using Lux Limo again for my other parties. That brings me into my next question… I have a party of 15-20 people traveling to Niagara Falls on Tuesday or Wednesday and I am looking for the best possible option to have one vehicle take all of us. It would be great if you could get back to me with any information for this matter. Thank You.

James was very well mannered and kept his professionalism at all times. The transaction went perfectly from booking with Greg to payment. The service couldn't have gone easier and with that, I thanks Lux-Limo for providing a fantastic safe ride for me and my friends on a bachelor party that went off without a hitch. We used your limo services on July 25th for a wedding at Parkwood Estates and I would like recognize the limo driver we had. He was fantastic!! Very helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. My husband and I would like to meet with him for a couple minutes to give him and give him a small token to show our appreciation. Is there a way for us to do this? We will definitely use your services again!!

We used your services on March 1 and March 8 when we went to Puerto Vallarta. We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with both the pick up and the drop-off from the airport. I feel awful...I forget our driver's name!! Anyhow, he was terrific.Your service was professional, very timely, and courteous. We won't hesitate to refer our friends and family to you in the future.
We wanted to let you know how impressed we were recently with your driver Carmen. He took us to Pearson from Pickering on the 2nd of this month and rarely have we experienced a limo driver as polite, professional and thorough as he was. We'll be sure to use you the next time.
